Join us in beautiful Bali at the stunning Hotel Komune for six days and five nights of self-love, reconnection, and transformation. This retreat offers daily yoga and mindfulness practices, a sunrise hike up Mt. Batur, and a sacred water blessing at a temple in Ubud. Experience the serene beauty of Bali’s rice fields followed by a delicious lunch at the authentic Yellow Flower Café.

Komal Kaur: Sound Healer
Komal is a biotechnologist turned vocal sound healer sharing her soul purpose-led service through sound since 2016. She uses the sound frequencies of Crystal Alchemy singing bowls tuned to the healing 432Hz musical scale, Koshi chimes, Crystal pyramid, handmade overtone Himalayan bowls, and various other healing instruments and sounds to create spaces for deep rest, healing & transformation.

Perisher Retreat 2023
Our recent retreat at the Perisher Snowy Mountains, held at Parawa Lodge, was a truly transformative experience.
Over the course of 2 nights and 3 days, participants immersed themselves in daily yoga sessions, meditation practices, and the breathtaking natural beauty of the Snowy Mountains. We hiked to the stunning Blue Lake, followed by a serene lunch by Spencers Creek, created vision boards to manifest our intentions, and welcomed the day with a sunrise walk to Porcupine Rocks.
The retreat also featured powerful group hypnotherapy sessions led by my best friend, Tarama, a skilled hypnotherapist, which deepened our connections and enhanced our journey of self-discovery. The incredible weather, paired with the bond formed among a group of amazing women, left my heart full and the experience truly unforgettable.”
